1. Open the print dialog screen by either pressing CTRL+P on the keyboard or clicking the three dot menu icon in the top right corner of the screen and clicking the print option.

2. Once the print dialog screen appears, click the destination drop down menu and click the See more… option.

3. After clicking the See more… option you will be brought to the “select a destination” screen. You will see a destination named “OPS Print Q - [OPS-Printers]” with a green logo next to the words mobility print. Select this destination.

4. After selecting the OPS Print Q you will be brought back to the print dialog screen. You will now see that OPS Print Q is the destination. Select your print settings that you want to use and click print.

5. After clicking print, a login prompt will appear. Make sure the “remember me” box  is checked at the bottom of the prompt. Then click the “Sign in with Google” option. If you uncheck “remember me”, the login prompt will appear everytime you go to print.

6. After clicking “Sign in with Google” you will be brought to another page where you will click on your name.

7. After clicking on your name you will be brought to an agreement page. Click allow at the bottom of the page.

8. Your print will now be in the print queue and you can go to any Xerox and login with your badge or 4 digit pin to receive it. Just like you would when printing from a desktop.

9. After going through these steps for the first time, you should not need to do the login steps again. If you have any questions or issues with this, please create a support ticket and we will gladly assist you.
