Quick Taskbar Method
  1. Click the Volume icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen (next to the clock).
  2. Click the arrow/chevron icon next to the volume slider to see a list of connected audio devices.
  3. Click the speakers or headphones you want to use.

Settings Menu Method
If you need more detailed options or want to change your default device permanently:
  1. Press Win + I on your keyboard to open Settings.
  2. Click System on the left menu, then select Sound.
  3. Under the Output section, click the arrow next to Choose where to play sound.
  4. Select your desired playback device. You can also choose separate default settings for apps or communications here.
