Click inside the text element and change what needs to be changed[cite: 4]. Any value surrounded in {{}} is a variable (for example school_name will print the school that the report is run in)[cite: 4].

Click the "Student Field" field to input student fields that will change when different students are selected to run the report[cite: 5]. You can start to type the field and it will narrow your search[cite: 5].

After entering the field it doesn't always put it where you want[cite: 6]. You can select the text in text area and copy/cut and paste where you need it[cite: 6].
